How does it work?
Nona Lim delivers fresh meal kits to your office or home through our meal delivery programs, the Delicious Detox and the Lifestyle Plan.
Delicious Detox – A comprehensive meal program that includes 3 meals + 2 snacks (optional) per day for 7 days each week. We eliminate common allergens from the menu including gluten, dairy, soy, corn, yeast, eggs, citrus (except lemon), peanuts, nightshades, and red meat. You can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 weeks at a time.
Lifestyle Plan – A 5-day a week program to allow for free weekends, the lunch-time meeting, or dinner with friends. Choose either a comprehensive meal program of 3 meals + a treat per day or order breakfasts, lunches or dinners depending on your needs. The menu is gluten and dairy free, but reintroduces ingredients that are not on the Detox, including soy, eggs, citrus, nightshades and grass-fed beef.

How often do you deliver?
We deliver twice per week for the duration of your program. Your first delivery will always come on a Friday, before your program begins, and a second delivery will arrive mid-week on the following Wednesday.
What comes in my delivery?
Your delivery will be packed in an insulated cooler with ice packs to keep your meals nice and cold until you are able to transfer them to the refrigerator. Along with your meal kits, you will receive your menu, cooking instructions and nutritional information packet, your packing list outlining what is in your delivery and a “Welcome to Your Delivery” flyer with some helpful tips.
How do I skip/cancel/reschedule my delivery?
We need to know of all delivery changes and/or cancellations, by 5:00 PM PST the Friday prior to the first delivery of your program week. Once your Detox or Lifestyle Plan begins, we are unable to skip or reschedule your delivery. We recommend reaching out to a friend or neighbor to receive your delivery for you.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
As your delivery is made by UPS, it is the UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door without someone available to accept it. If you are confident that your delivery will be safe unattended at your door, you may request a “shipper release” option when placing your order so that your package is left.
What is a meal kit?
Each meal kit in your delivery will be clearly labeled with the day and meal type, for example: “Monday Dinner.” This label will correspond with your cooking instructions. Your meal kits contain all the pre-prepped ingredients you need, from the olive oil used for cooking to the drizzle to put that on that finishing touch, to create a well-balanced meal. Your step-by-step instructions will take you through the preparation, whether it is to assemble, reheat or cook.
How long will the meal kits last?
We have designed the menus so that the day you enjoy your meal, your ingredients will be fresh and delicious. We recommend enjoying your meals on the designated days for maximum flavor.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Whole, clean, and responsibly sourced, we make sure the best ingredients end up on your table. We do this through partnerships with local farms and like-minded purveyors, sourcing safe-harbor certified seafood, using seasonal ingredients and going organic whenever possible.
Are the meals already cooked?
Most of our breakfast and lunch options are grab-and-go and can conveniently be taken to work or enjoyed on-the-go. Some breakfasts (on the weekends), as well as most all dinners require a bit of cooking or reheating. Every meal, whether reheating, assembling, or cooking is ready to eat in less than 20 minutes.
I am allergic to ____. Do you accommodate substitutions?
We do our best to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities. Please call our office at 415-513-5328 to discuss your specific request.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan menus?
We do not have a specifically vegetarian/vegan menu. Our meal programs include chicken, turkey, fish and red meat. While we do accommodate menu substitutions, we want you to have the best experience possible, and removing all non-vegetarian/vegan meals would result in too much repetition in your menu. We therefore do not recommend it.

What if I have to cancel or leave town during the middle of my meal program?
If you do have to cancel, please let us know by 5:00 PM PST the Friday before your first expected delivery, and we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your Detox. If you have missed the cancellation deadline, we are unable to offer a refund as we have already ordered and/or begun prepping your meals.
If you have begun your Detox and are unable to receive a delivery due to last minute schedule changes, we recommend finding someone who is available to enjoy the remainder of your meals, as we are unable to offer you a refund.
Delicious Detox
What is a detox?
The term ‘detox’ certainly gets used a lot today and therefore can mean different things to different people. Our use of the word when referring to the Delicious Detox is to describe a way of eating that is designed to minimize the amount of toxins ingested and promote the elimination of toxins already in the body. Our main goal with the Delicious Detox was to create a program that teaches people a sustainable way of eating while reducing the consumption of new toxins and riding the body of existing toxins.
What’s different about the Delicious Detox?
The most important difference between our Delicious Detox and many other programs available is that it is a food-based cleanse. You will be enjoying a delicious and varied menu of fresh, high-quality foods while your body heals. Additionally, our program differs from others in that it teaches participants a sustainable way of reducing consumption of toxins and establishing healthy eating habits.
We created our program alongside a panel of nutritionists and medical advisors, many of who are board certified in functional medicine.
How many calories are in your Delicious Detox?
The Essential Detox (3 meals per day) averages around 1200 calories a day.
The Comprehensive Detox (3 meals + 2 snacks per day) averages between 1300 and 1400 calories per day.
How much weight will I lose during the Detox?
This depends on how much excess weight you are carrying and how much of a departure the Delicious Detox is from your normal diet. Some customers lose a few pounds in the first week while others lose 8 pounds or more by the second week.
How often should I do the Delicious Detox?
The best part about the Delicious Detox is that it is a natural and sustainable way of eating. This means you can Detox as often as you want! We have customers that love completing the Detox every month, and others who enjoy is 3 to 4 times per year.
Can I do the Delicious Detox while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are under the care of a physician, we recommend consulting with your doctor before making any changes to your diet. Dr. Douglas Husbands, a well-recognized Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine practitioner, Chiropractor and one of our board of advisors, who has worked with hundreds of pregnant and breast feeding women, deems that since this a healthy food-based detoxification, and your body requires detoxification naturally for optimal functions, it would be safe to use the Delicious Detox diet even while pregnant or beast feeding. What is the Lifestyle Plan?
The Lifestyle Plan is designed to make eating healthy an easy choice. It provides a well-balanced, calorie-controlled, nutritious and delicious menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and a treat) for 5 days of each week. It is a great way to balance maintaining a healthy diet with the rest of your busy schedule.

How is the Lifestyle Plan different than the Delicious Detox?
Unlike the Detox, which eliminates most common allergens, the Lifestyle Plan does not adhere to the same strict allergen restriction and features ingredients like tomatoes, bell peppers, eggs, grass-fed beef and more.
The other major difference is in scheduling. The Lifestyle Plan provides food for 5 days each week and is available throughout the year.

If you miss the deadline, unfortunately, our kitchen has already ordered and/or began prepping the ingredients for your delivery, and we will be unable to reschedule.

Our soups and entrées are available for purchase online and in stores.
How do you deliver your products?
We ship our soups and entrées frozen, in an insulated cooler with ice packs so that they stay nice and cold until you are able to transfer them to your fridge or freezer. All deliveries are made by UPS.
I placed an order, how can I track my shipment?
When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our soups and entrées last up to 6 weeks in your refrigerator or 3 months in your freezer.

How it works:
The food gets delivered in a cooler box with ice packs and will stay cold until you are able to transfer it into your refrigerator. All deliveries are made by UPS to your home or office, and you will receive a tracking number that can be used for more information regarding your delivery. If UPS is unable to complete your delivery, you will need to make arrangements directly with UPS in order to receive your food.

As used in this Agreement, “Nona Lim” refers to Nona Lim LLC and “USER” or “you” refers to you. USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE NONA LIM SITE CONSTITUTES KNOWING ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS USER AGREEMENT.
Nona Lim may modify this Agreement’s terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services and the Nona Lim Site after a change in this Agreement, a change in the Privacy Policy, or after implementation of any other new policy constitutes acceptance of such change or policy.

1. Contracting Party
Your contract will be fulfilled by Nona Lim, a company registered in California whose registered office is at 3310 Peralta Street, Oakland, CA 94608 together with its agents and sub-contractors.
2. When the contract is formed
When you click “Submit Order” to submit your order on-line, or you email, fax, post or telephone us with details of your order, you are making an offer, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
You will receive a written confirmation by email within 1 day of submitting your order. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an invalid email address.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your payment as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders:
| 3.1 | in the event of inaccuracies in Nona Lim prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price; |
| 3.2 | if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card; |
| 3.3 | in the event that we are unable to fulfill your dietary requirements; |
| 3.4 | in the event that we do not provide delivery coverage to your designated delivery address; |
| 3.5 | in the event that we are unable to fulfill any of your other requirements, including, but not limited to, dietary requirements. |
4. User’s Responsibilities
As a User, you have the following responsibilities:

| 4.2 | Pay for the services and other associated charges |
| 4.3 | Provide any request for meal substitutions or dietary requirements at least 7 days in advance of your first delivery. |
5. Delivery & Pick-up
We will deliver your order to the delivery address you specify when you place your order. Allow up to 7 days for the start of the delivery after submitting the sign-up form. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the order if no one is available at the address to receive the delivery, and that you will not receive any credit for such an occurrence. You will be responsible for ensuring the meal kits are kept cold until consumption upon delivery of the cooler.
| 5.1 | Changes to Delivery Address –If you need to change the delivery address, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice for the change to be effective. |
| 5.2 | Delivery customizations – As the deliveries are fulfilled by a third party carrier, we will not be able to fulfill any special delivery instructions (e.g. specific delivery timeframes) which are not provided by the third party carrier. |
| 5.2 | Pick-up – If you have chosen to pick up the food at one of our designated locations, you have full responsibility to ensure that the food is picked up in a timely fashion. You will be charged in full even if you do not pick up the food for any reason, or if you pick up the food after the scheduled pick-up date. |
| 5.2 | Packaging materials –Nona Lim is not responsible for the disposal of your packaging materials. In areas where we are able to offer pick-ups of the coolers, we will schedule and offer pick-up of the materials. |
6. Delay in delivery and non-delivery
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of meal kits in the following circumstances:
| 6.1 | where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us; |
| 6.2 | where you have provided us with an incorrect address; |
| 6.3 | where no one is around to sign for the package in an area that the third party carrier is unable to leave the package unattended; |
| 6.4 | where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labor disputes or malicious damage involving the employees of Nona Lim. |
7. Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds
| 7.1 | Notice of Cancellation – You may cancel your services by contacting a Nona Lim representative via email or on the phone. In order to receive a full refund, your cancellation request must be received by a Nona Lim representative at least five full working days before your first delivery. |
| 7.2 | Any cancellation notice received less than 5 full working days in advance of the program start will not be eligible for refund. |
| 7.3 | All refunds will be in the form of store credit. |
| 7.4 | Once you have started your services (e.g. a meal program), cancellations are not permitted. Remaining deliveries can be rescheduled as long as we receive five full working days’ notice before the next delivery. |
| 7.5 | Rescheduling of your meal program is available only for complete weeks and will have to be scheduled at least 5 full working days prior to the start of your program. |
8. Price Information
Prices displayed on the Nona Lim site will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen include taxes (where applicable). Delivery charges will be specified online according to geographical areas
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.

We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) you supply to us in order to fulfill your subscription order.
On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should check the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
11. Email Policy
You may receive periodic emails from Nona Lim if you opted to receive such emails at the time of registration with the Nona Lim Site. If you would rather not receive email from Nona Lim, please send an email to [email protected] and you will be removed from further mailings. You acknowledge and agree, however, that you will still receive emails related to your meal service, including but not limited to service confirmation emails, skip delivery confirmation emails, delivery address change confirmation emails, details update confirmation emails, and other emails relating to services requested by you through the Nona Lim Site, even if you have opted not to receive periodic email from Nona Lim. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not share any of your individual information without your prior consent.
12. No Other Grant of Rights to User
All text, graphics, video, data and any other content on the Nona Lim Site (“Nona Lim Content”) is provided to you by Nona Lim for the sole purpose of using the Services. You shall not copy, display, modify, create derivative works of, publish, or sell the Nona Lim Content or any information, software, or services provided by Nona Lim hereunder. The Nona Lim Content may be modified from time to time by Nona Lim in its sole discretion. Except as expressly set forth herein, no license is granted to you for any other purpose, and any other use of the Services or the Nona Lim Content by you shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect any rights of Nona Lim or its licensors in the Services or Nona Lim Content, and any associated patents, trademarks, copyrights, mask work rights, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights. No license, right or interest in any trademarks of Nona Lim or any third party is granted under this Agreement.
13. Liability Limitations
IN NO EVENT SHALL NONA LIM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MEAL KITS, THE NONA LIM SITE OR THE NONA LIM CONTENT, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THE SERVICES OR THE NONA LIM SITE)
14. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE INFORMATION, PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR ACCESSED ON THE NONA LIM SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SERVICES AND THE NONA LIM CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED TO USER ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NONA LIM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MEAL KITS, THE NONA LIM SITE, THE NONA LIM CONTENT AND RELATED MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREUNDER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING.

16. Severability
If any of the provisions, or portions thereof, of this Agreement are found to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, then, that provision notwithstanding, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and such provision or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted.
17. No Assignment
This Agreement and the rights granted and obligations undertaken hereunder may not be transferred, assigned or delegated in any manner by you, but may be so transferred, assigned or delegated by Nona Lim without your consent.
18. Waiver
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement, or a delay by any party in the enforcement of any right hereunder, shall neither be construed as a continuing waiver nor create an expectation of non-enforcement of that or any other provision or right.
19. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to any choice of law provisions. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County.

Are the meals already cooked?
Most of our breakfast and lunch options are grab-and-go and can conveniently be taken to work or enjoyed on-the-go. Some breakfasts (on the weekends), as well as most all dinners require a bit of cooking or reheating. Every meal, whether reheating, assembling, or cooking is ready to eat in less than 20 minutes.

We do our best to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities. Please call our office at 415-513-5328 to discuss your specific request.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan menus?
We do not have a specifically vegetarian/vegan menu. Our meal programs include chicken, turkey, fish and red meat. While we do accommodate menu substitutions, we want you to have the best experience possible, and removing all non-vegetarian/vegan meals would result in too much repetition in your menu. We therefore do not recommend it.

What if I have to cancel or leave town during the middle of my meal program?
If you do have to cancel, please let us know by 5:00 PM PST the Friday before your first expected delivery, and we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your Detox. If you have missed the cancellation deadline, we are unable to offer a refund as we have already ordered and/or begun prepping your meals.
If you have begun your Detox and are unable to receive a delivery due to last minute schedule changes, we recommend finding someone who is available to enjoy the remainder of your meals, as we are unable to offer you a refund.
Delicious Detox
What is a detox?
The term ‘detox’ certainly gets used a lot today and therefore can mean different things to different people. Our use of the word when referring to the Delicious Detox is to describe a way of eating that is designed to minimize the amount of toxins ingested and promote the elimination of toxins already in the body. Our main goal with the Delicious Detox was to create a program that teaches people a sustainable way of eating while reducing the consumption of new toxins and riding the body of existing toxins.
What’s different about the Delicious Detox?
The most important difference between our Delicious Detox and many other programs available is that it is a food-based cleanse. You will be enjoying a delicious and varied menu of fresh, high-quality foods while your body heals. Additionally, our program differs from others in that it teaches participants a sustainable way of reducing consumption of toxins and establishing healthy eating habits.
We created our program alongside a panel of nutritionists and medical advisors, many of who are board certified in functional medicine.
How many calories are in your Delicious Detox?
The Essential Detox (3 meals per day) averages around 1200 calories a day.
The Comprehensive Detox (3 meals + 2 snacks per day) averages between 1300 and 1400 calories per day.
How much weight will I lose during the Detox?
This depends on how much excess weight you are carrying and how much of a departure the Delicious Detox is from your normal diet. Some customers lose a few pounds in the first week while others lose 8 pounds or more by the second week.
How often should I do the Delicious Detox?
The best part about the Delicious Detox is that it is a natural and sustainable way of eating. This means you can Detox as often as you want! We have customers that love completing the Detox every month, and others who enjoy is 3 to 4 times per year.
Can I do the Delicious Detox while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are under the care of a physician, we recommend consulting with your doctor before making any changes to your diet. Dr. Douglas Husbands, a well-recognized Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine practitioner, Chiropractor and one of our board of advisors, who has worked with hundreds of pregnant and breast feeding women, deems that since this a healthy food-based detoxification, and your body requires detoxification naturally for optimal functions, it would be safe to use the Delicious Detox diet even while pregnant or beast feeding. What is the Lifestyle Plan?
The Lifestyle Plan is designed to make eating healthy an easy choice. It provides a well-balanced, calorie-controlled, nutritious and delicious menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and a treat) for 5 days of each week. It is a great way to balance maintaining a healthy diet with the rest of your busy schedule.
Choose either a comprehensive meal program of 3 meals + a treat per day or order breakfasts, lunches or dinners depending on your needs.
How is the Lifestyle Plan different than the Delicious Detox?
Unlike the Detox, which eliminates most common allergens, the Lifestyle Plan does not adhere to the same strict allergen restriction and features ingredients like tomatoes, bell peppers, eggs, grass-fed beef and more.
The other major difference is in scheduling. The Lifestyle Plan provides food for 5 days each week and is available throughout the year.

Am I able to skip a week if I am traveling?
Yes, as long as you let our customer service representative know by the cut-off deadline (5:00 PM PST the Friday prior to your first delivery), we are happy to give you store credit which you can use to reschedule a later week of the Plan. If you miss the deadline, unfortunately, our kitchen has already ordered and/or began prepping the ingredients for your delivery, and we will be unable to reschedule.

How do you deliver your products?
We ship our soups and entrées frozen, in an insulated cooler with ice packs so that they stay nice and cold until you are able to transfer them to your fridge or freezer. All deliveries are made by UPS.
I placed an order, how can I track my shipment?
When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our soups and entrées last up to 6 weeks in your refrigerator or 3 months in your freezer.

How it works:
The food gets delivered in a cooler box with ice packs and will stay cold until you are able to transfer it into your refrigerator. All deliveries are made by UPS to your home or office, and you will receive a tracking number that can be used for more information regarding your delivery. As used in this Agreement, “Nona Lim” refers to Nona Lim LLC and “USER” or “you” refers to you. USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE NONA LIM SITE CONSTITUTES KNOWING ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS USER AGREEMENT.
Nona Lim may modify this Agreement’s terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services and the Nona Lim Site after a change in this Agreement, a change in the Privacy Policy, or after implementation of any other new policy constitutes acceptance of such change or policy.

1. Contracting Party
Your contract will be fulfilled by Nona Lim, a company registered in California whose registered office is at 3310 Peralta Street, Oakland, CA 94608 together with its agents and sub-contractors.
2. When the contract is formed
When you click “Submit Order” to submit your order on-line, or you email, fax, post or telephone us with details of your order, you are making an offer, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
You will receive a written confirmation by email within 1 day of submitting your order. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an invalid email address.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your payment as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders:
3.1
in the event of inaccuracies in Nona Lim prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price;
3.2
if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card;
3.3
in the event that we are unable to fulfill your dietary requirements;
3.4
in the event that we do not provide delivery coverage to your designated delivery address;
3.5
in the event that we are unable to fulfill any of your other requirements, including, but not limited to, dietary requirements.
4. User’s Responsibilities
As a User, you have the following responsibilities:

Provide a complete and accurate address

Pay for the services and other associated charges
4.3
Provide any request for meal substitutions or dietary requirements at least 7 days in advance of your first delivery.
5. Delivery & Pick-up
We will deliver your order to the delivery address you specify when you place your order. Allow up to 7 days for the start of the delivery after submitting the sign-up form. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the order if no one is available at the address to receive the delivery, and that you will not receive any credit for such an occurrence. You will be responsible for ensuring the meal kits are kept cold until consumption upon delivery of the cooler.
5.1
Changes to Delivery Address –If you need to change the delivery address, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice for the change to be effective.
5.2
Delivery customizations – As the deliveries are fulfilled by a third party carrier, we will not be able to fulfill any special delivery instructions (e.g. specific delivery timeframes) which are not provided by the third party carrier.
5.2
Pick-up – If you have chosen to pick up the food at one of our designated locations, you have full responsibility to ensure that the food is picked up in a timely fashion. You will be charged in full even if you do not pick up the food for any reason, or if you pick up the food after the scheduled pick-up date.
5.2
Packaging materials –Nona Lim is not responsible for the disposal of your packaging materials. In areas where we are able to offer pick-ups of the coolers, we will schedule and offer pick-up of the materials.
6. Delay in delivery and non-delivery
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of meal kits in the following circumstances:
6.1
where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us;
6.2
where you have provided us with an incorrect address;
6.3
where no one is around to sign for the package in an area that the third party carrier is unable to leave the package unattended;
6.4
where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labor disputes or malicious damage involving the employees of Nona Lim.
7. Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds
7.1
Notice of Cancellation – You may cancel your services by contacting a Nona Lim representative via email or on the phone. In order to receive a full refund, your cancellation request must be received by a Nona Lim representative at least five full working days before your first delivery.
7.2
Any cancellation notice received less than 5 full working days in advance of the program start will not be eligible for refund.
7.3
All refunds will be in the form of store credit.
7.4
Once you have started your services (e.g. a meal program), cancellations are not permitted. Remaining deliveries can be rescheduled as long as we receive five full working days’ notice before the next delivery.
7.5
Rescheduling of your meal program is available only for complete weeks and will have to be scheduled at least 5 full working days prior to the start of your program.
8. Price Information
Prices displayed on the Nona Lim site will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen include taxes (where applicable). Delivery charges will be specified online according to geographical areas
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.

We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) you supply to us in order to fulfill your subscription order.
On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should check the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
11. Email Policy
You may receive periodic emails from Nona Lim if you opted to receive such emails at the time of registration with the Nona Lim Site. If you would rather not receive email from Nona Lim, please send an email to [email protected] and you will be removed from further mailings. You acknowledge and agree, however, that you will still receive emails related to your meal service, including but not limited to service confirmation emails, skip delivery confirmation emails, delivery address change confirmation emails, details update confirmation emails, and other emails relating to services requested by you through the Nona Lim Site, even if you have opted not to receive periodic email from Nona Lim. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not share any of your individual information without your prior consent.
12. No Other Grant of Rights to User
All text, graphics, video, data and any other content on the Nona Lim Site (“Nona Lim Content”) is provided to you by Nona Lim for the sole purpose of using the Services. You shall not copy, display, modify, create derivative works of, publish, or sell the Nona Lim Content or any information, software, or services provided by Nona Lim hereunder. The Nona Lim Content may be modified from time to time by Nona Lim in its sole discretion. Except as expressly set forth herein, no license is granted to you for any other purpose, and any other use of the Services or the Nona Lim Content by you shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect any rights of Nona Lim or its licensors in the Services or Nona Lim Content, and any associated patents, trademarks, copyrights, mask work rights, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights. No license, right or interest in any trademarks of Nona Lim or any third party is granted under this Agreement.
13. Liability Limitations
IN NO EVENT SHALL NONA LIM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MEAL KITS, THE NONA LIM SITE OR THE NONA LIM CONTENT, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THE SERVICES OR THE NONA LIM SITE)
14. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE INFORMATION, PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR ACCESSED ON THE NONA LIM SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SERVICES AND THE NONA LIM CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED TO USER ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NONA LIM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MEAL KITS, THE NONA LIM SITE, THE NONA LIM CONTENT AND RELATED MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREUNDER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING.

Such hypertext links are provided for your reference only and Nona Lim does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their content. 16. Severability
If any of the provisions, or portions thereof, of this Agreement are found to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, then, that provision notwithstanding, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and such provision or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted.
17. No Assignment
This Agreement and the rights granted and obligations undertaken hereunder may not be transferred, assigned or delegated in any manner by you, but may be so transferred, assigned or delegated by Nona Lim without your consent.
18. Waiver
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement, or a delay by any party in the enforcement of any right hereunder, shall neither be construed as a continuing waiver nor create an expectation of non-enforcement of that or any other provision or right.
19. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to any choice of law provisions. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County.
